About Paul Jennings Hall

JMU's newest and largest residence hall (opened 2019), housing 500 students in a modern corridor design. Each student has their own private pod-style bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet accessed from the hallway. Features the P.O.D. retail dining location, a Learning Commons, a 200+ seat Great Room, laundry on every floor, dimmable LED lighting, room-darkening shades, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. VEES-certified green building. Home to Madison International and Sports and Recreation LLCs. Room size is approximately 11'4" × 7'6".
