JMU's newest residence hall (opened August 2025), housing 458 students across 5 stories in the Village area. Each student has their own private pod-style bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet accessed from the hallway. LEED-certified construction replaced the former Ikenberry Hall. Features study spaces, recreation and TV lounges, community kitchens, laundry on each floor, ice machine, vending, and an exterior courtyard. Home to the MadisonBiz and Roop Teacher Education LLCs.
