About Apartments on Grace

JMU's premium apartment-style housing for upperclass and transfer students, located off Main Street near the Grace Street parking deck. LEED Silver certified (2016). Two-bedroom units house 4 students with one private bathroom per bedroom; one-bedroom units house 2 students with a shared bathroom. Fully furnished with living room, full kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven/stove), and barstools. Features billiards, table tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, BBQ area, a covered bike shelter, and an on-site Subway. 50% of residents are Honors College students.
