A Lake-area corridor hall built in 1968, offering JMU's most affordable housing (Category A pricing). Rooms do not have air conditioning — AC is in hallways and common areas only. Features adjustable loft beds with up to 55 inches of clearance, a ground-floor kitchen with ice maker, study and TV lounges, laundry, and elevators. Average room size is 11'7" × 15'5".
