Golden Bear Village West consists of 18 townhouse-style apartment units on the west side of campus adjacent to Rothermel Hall, housing approximately 107 students. Opened in 2001, each unit houses six students (four single bedrooms plus one double bedroom) across two floors, with two bathrooms, a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator, and a common living area. A popular choice for upperclassmen; not available to first-semester freshmen. Air-conditioned.
