[First-Year] Marquis Hall is Lafayette's all-female first-year residence, home to approximately 60 students. Located directly above Marquis Dining Hall — one of campus's two main all-you-can-eat facilities — it offers unbeatable dining access. Students consistently praise Marquis for its spacious rooms, which are notably larger than many other first-year halls on campus. The hall is air-conditioned, making it especially popular during the warm fall semester. Communal bathrooms are single-gender and well-maintained.
