Knott Hall is a corridor-style residence for sophomore and upperclass students, housing approximately 150 students with communal all-gender bathrooms. The hall is home to Arrupe House, a Living-Learning Community (LLC) dedicated to Jesuit values, community service, and reflective engagement with the world — named after Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J., a transformative leader of the Jesuit order. Students in Arrupe House participate in service projects, faith-and-justice discussions, and leadership retreats alongside their regular coursework, embodying Loyola's mission of forming graduates who are both competent and compassionate.
