Minnesota State University, Mankato is a comprehensive public research university and the second-largest campus in the Minnesota State system, enrolling approximately 15,700 students. Located in Mankato in southern Minnesota, the university offers more than 140 undergraduate programs and 60 graduate programs. About 2,900 students live in five on-campus residential communities, with Living Community academic programs embedded in Crawford, McElroy, and Preska halls.
