Historic six-story building originally built as the Kentwood Arms Hotel — a venue that once hosted Groucho Marx and President Harry Truman. Renovated for university housing. Houses up to 137 upperclass, transfer, and graduate students in private rooms, 2-person suites, super doubles, and 3-person rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Legal-age residents may possess alcohol. On the Bear Line shuttle route. Open during breaks.
