New York City College of Technology — known as City Tech — is a public senior college of CUNY in Downtown Brooklyn, founded in 1946. With about 16,500 students, City Tech is the largest four-year public college of technology in the Northeast, offering applied programs in fields including hospitality, dental hygiene, fashion, computer engineering technology, architectural technology, construction management, and graphic communication.
