About Paulson Center

A 400-bed residence hall for first-year students. Paulson Center is one of NYU's newest and most modern residence halls, located in the heart of Greenwich Village adjacent to Washington Square Park. Opened in 2019, Paulson offers private bathroom suites and central air conditioning in a building designed to LEED standards. The newest addition to NYU's residential portfolio, Paulson Center represents the university's investment in modern, sustainable student housing in one of Manhattan's most desirable neighborhoods.
