University Hall is one of NYU's central first-year residence halls, a modern high-rise near Washington Square Park housing students in corridor-style rooms with communal bathrooms and central air conditioning. One of NYU's largest residential buildings, University Hall provides a classic first-year experience in the center of the NYU campus. The proximity to Bobst Library, the Steinhardt building, and the main academic quad makes it one of the most conveniently located dorms in the system.
