Opened in 2019 as NSU's newest residence facility, the North Hall wing houses upperclassmen in co-ed double suites where two rooms share a single in-suite bathroom. The complex features a fitness room, yoga studio, mini-theater, gaming space, community kitchens, and group study areas.
