Scott Hall

DEMOLISHED 🏚️ Demolished 2004 W. Kerr Scott Hall (1951, named for North Carolina's 62nd governor) housed 1,100 male A&T students. Torn down July 11, 2004 and replaced by the Aggie Village complex. The page is preserved for substantial historical significance: this is where the A&T Four civil rights activists planned the 1960 Greensboro sit-in movement (room 2128, Blair and McNeil) — the window and frame from that room are preserved as a replica at the International Civil Rights Center and Museum in Greensboro.
