The Peaks is NAU's premier apartment-style residential community, named for the San Francisco Peaks that tower over Flagstaff. It offers furnished apartment units with full kitchens, private bedrooms, and in-unit laundry for upperclass and graduate students. The Peaks provides the most independent living experience on campus while keeping residents close to the academic core. Stunning mountain views from upper floors are a defining feature.
