Grant Towers South is a high-rise corridor-style residence hall at Northern Illinois University, companion to Grant Towers North. The tower offers traditional dormitory rooms with communal bathrooms on each floor and is home to an active residential community. Grant Towers South is centrally located near the Holmes Student Center and campus dining and provides convenient access to academic buildings across the NIU campus.
