Eastview Terrace is Penn State's apartment-style upperclass residential community, offering furnished apartment units with private kitchens, private bathrooms, and central air conditioning. Located on the east edge of the University Park campus near the East Halls cluster, Eastview provides the independence of apartment living within the university residential system. Popular with upperclassmen and graduate students who want to cook their own meals and have more private space than the corridor cluster dorms offer.
