About Beaver Hall

Beaver Hall is one of nine residence halls in Penn State's Pollock area, named for James Addams Beaver, 19th Governor of Pennsylvania and a Civil War general. Traditional corridor-style housing with communal bathrooms, no air conditioning, primarily housing first-year students. All nine Pollock area halls are named after Pennsylvania governors. Located in the central campus residential zone near the hub of campus activity.
