About Hartranft Hall

Hartranft Hall is one of nine Pollock area residence halls at Penn State, named for John Frederick Hartranft, 18th Governor of Pennsylvania and Medal of Honor recipient for his service in the Civil War. Traditional corridor-style housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. Part of the Pollock residential community near the center of the University Park campus.
