Mifflin Hall is one of nine Pollock area residence halls at Penn State, named for Thomas Mifflin — the 1st Governor of Pennsylvania and President of the Continental Congress who accepted Washington's resignation at the end of the Revolutionary War. Traditional corridor-style housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning.
