Porter Hall is one of nine Pollock area residence halls at Penn State, named for David Rittenhouse Porter, 9th Governor of Pennsylvania. Traditional corridor-style housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. One of the nine governor-named buildings in the Pollock residential area.
