McCarthy Hall is a seven-story, 374-student suite-style East Campus residence opened in 2004 for upperclassmen, featuring suites of 4–6 students with 2–3-person bedrooms, a shared living space, and one bathroom per suite. Each floor has at least one study lounge, and central AC is throughout. Its modern suite layout makes it one of the most popular upperclassman housing choices at PC.
