Built in 1984, housing approximately 384 students across 3 floors with a classic brick exterior and elegant columns. Suites of 4–6 bedrooms share a community bathroom (2 toilets, 2–3 sinks, 1–2 showers) cleaned by housekeeping. Rooms average 87–166 sq ft. No elevators or AC. Basement lounge with pool table. Located on the north side of campus.
