The New Residence Hall is Saint Mary's newest and most modern residential facility, housing approximately 150 students across all class years. Built to contemporary accessibility and sustainability standards, the hall features elevator access and ADA-compliant design throughout. Suite-style rooms offer semi-private bathrooms, and the building includes gender-inclusive restrooms and is recognized as one of the college's most welcoming and affirming residential spaces.
