About South Campus Plaza

South Campus Plaza is SDSU's largest and newest apartment-style residential complex, located just south of the main campus and connected via a pedestrian bridge over College Avenue. The community opened in 2016 and features modern apartment units with private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and in-unit or en-suite bathrooms. South Campus Plaza is organized into clusters of studio, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom units that cater to a wide range of upperclassman housing preferences. The community features rooftop study spaces, fitness facilities, retail dining options, and a vibrant social atmosphere that blends apartment independence with campus residential community. It is one of the most sought-after on-campus addresses at SDSU.
