University Park South is a university-affiliated off-campus townhome community in the Parkmerced neighborhood adjacent to SFSU. It offers unfurnished 1–3 bedroom townhomes with private entries, full kitchens, private bathrooms, and living and dining areas. Popular with sophomores, juniors, and seniors who prefer to bring their own furnishings and live in a residential neighborhood setting while staying connected to the SFSU community.
