Boland Hall is Seton Hall University's primary first-year residence hall, housing more than 450 students in a corridor-style building. First-year students are grouped by living-learning communities based on academic interest, making Boland a key part of Seton Hall's first-year experience program. The hall features floor lounges, laundry rooms, and is conveniently located near the main dining hall and academic quad.
