Evans Hall is a suite-style, co-ed residence hall on the Simmons Residence Campus housing approximately 120 graduate students and upperclass undergraduates. As one of the few co-ed halls at Simmons, Evans is open to both graduate students and senior undergraduates. The building is fully ADA accessible with elevator access and features semi-private suite bathrooms, common lounges, study spaces, laundry facilities, and gender-inclusive bathrooms. Evans is designated LGBTQ+ welcoming.
