About Morehouse-James Hall

Built in 1901, Morehouse-James Hall is among the oldest residential buildings on campus and was fully renovated in summer 2025 with central air-conditioning, a new elevator, and a reconfigured layout. The corridor-style hall houses 85 students in single and double rooms and features a charming front porch that reflects its historic character.
