Stateview Apartments is the only upperclass apartment community at St. Cloud State, housing 96 students in 24 four-bedroom apartments on three floors. Each fully furnished apartment features four private lockable bedrooms, a full kitchen-dining area, and a shared bathroom, with individual window air conditioning units. Available during academic breaks. Designed for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students seeking independent apartment-style living on campus. No meal plan required.
