About Lumberjack Crossing

Officially announced four-story, ~100,000-square-foot residence hall approved by the UT System Board of Regents ($70M), to be built east of Lumberjack Landing and south of Pineywoods Dining Hall. Will offer double-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms, lounge and study spaces, and accessible accommodations for up to 335 students. Substantial completion targeted for 2028.
