New Residence Hall, often called "New Res," is a suite-style residence hall that opened in 2006 and houses over 500 students across four floors. Suites accommodate four students sharing a semi-private bathroom, offering more privacy than traditional corridor-style halls. The building features air conditioning, in-building laundry facilities, elevators, common lounges on each floor, and 24/7 residential life programming, making it a popular choice for first-year and returning students alike.
