New Hall North is one of two modern en-suite buildings completed in 2010 at Tennessee Tech's Pinkerton Quad. Accommodating 336 students, the hall offers single and double rooms each with a private attached bathroom — a premium amenity among Tennessee Tech's residence halls. The building features sorority suites, "The Perch" dining lounge and lounge area, a convenience store, and four floors with elevator access.
