New Hall South is the companion to New Hall North at Tennessee Tech's Pinkerton Quad, accommodating 358 students in double rooms each with a private bathroom. The four-story building features two elevators, in-room laundry hookups, dedicated study rooms, and a modern design that distinguishes it from the older Capital and Pinkerton Quad corridor halls. Among the most desirable residential options on campus.
