Utay Hall (Dorm 12) is one of 12 residence halls on the Corps of Cadets Quad at Texas A&M, housing members of the Corps of Cadets — TAMU's military training program. Traditional corridor-style double rooms with community bathrooms. Co-ed by room, with regimented military-style living and a strong unit-based community. Named after Joe Utay, Board member 1935–1941. The 12 Corps halls collectively house approximately 2,600 cadets.
