About Kerrey Hall

Kerrey Hall is one of The New School's primary on-campus residences, located at 65 West 11th Street in the heart of Greenwich Village. The 15-story building houses approximately 350 students in suite-style rooms with semi-private bathrooms shared between suites. All years are welcome. The building is elevator-served and ADA-compliant, and is known for its LGBTQ+-welcoming community with gender-inclusive bathrooms throughout. Residents are steps from Washington Square Park, NYU, and the energy of lower Manhattan.
