Bayou Residence Hall is part of Tulane's Village at Bayou residential complex, a newer suite-style community opened for the 2025–26 academic year. Students live in four-person suites with semi-private bathrooms shared among suitemates, creating a more private living arrangement than corridor halls. The Bayou Complex takes its name from the historic bayous that define New Orleans' landscape and offers modern amenities including LVT flooring throughout. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms.
