Sharp Hall is the namesake building of Tulane's Upper Campus residential complex, named for Patrick F. Sharp. A corridor-style high-rise, Sharp houses students in traditional rooms along shared hallways with communal, gender-designated bathrooms per floor. As the anchor building of the Sharp Residential Complex, Sharp Hall is a central gathering point for Upper Campus residential life and is conveniently located near Malkin Sacks Commons and academic facilities. The Explore Living-Learning Community is housed within Sharp Hall, offering a supportive community for first-year students who are exploring academic interests and have not yet declared a major. Air conditioning is provided through a centralized two-pipe building system. Standard rooms measure approximately 15 feet 9 inches by 12 feet with LVT flooring.
