Monroe Hall is one of Tulane University's Upper Campus high-rise corridor residence halls. The building is co-ed by wing, with gender-designated communal bathrooms serving each wing. Traditional double rooms line shared hallways. Monroe's Upper Campus location puts residents near Malkin Sacks Commons and academic buildings, and the building's height provides views of the surrounding Uptown neighborhood. Air conditioning is provided via a centralized two-pipe building system, standard in Tulane's older high-rise residential towers.
