Warren Hall is one of Tulane University's historic corridor-style residence halls on the Newcomb Campus, named for Warren Newcomb — husband of Josephine Louise Newcomb, the benefactor whose transformative 1886 gift established Newcomb College. The hall is composed of Old Warren (built 1927) and New Warren (added 1952), which together form a connected residential building with communal bathrooms per floor. Warren is located in the heart of the Newcomb Campus, close to the Newcomb Quad and major academic and dining facilities. A Faculty in Residence program enriches the intellectual life of the community, and the 1963 Collective Living-Learning Community operates within Warren for students interested in the history and contemporary impact of the Civil Rights movement and racial equity. Air conditioning is provided via a centralized two-pipe building system. Standard rooms measure approximately 15 feet 10 inches by 11 feet 11 inches with LVT flooring and include a Microfridge.
