Fairchild Hall at the United States Air Force Academy is primarily known as the main academic building, but also provides cadet quarters consistent with the Academy's residential mission. Named for General Muir S. Fairchild, Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force and a key advocate for the Academy's founding, the hall exemplifies the integration of academic and residential life at the institution.
