Old South Barracks is a traditional cadet barracks at the United States Military Academy, located in the South Area of the post. The historic corridor-style building predates New South Barracks and reflects the classic West Point granite construction style. Cadets live in double and triple rooms with communal bathrooms shared by floor. The building features in-building laundry, dayroom space, and study areas. Old South Barracks is one of several barracks complexes that together house the full Corps of Cadets, all assigned by company and class year.
