Presidential Village II is the second tower of the Presidential Village residence hall complex at the University of Alabama, rising seven floors on the south side of campus. Like Presidential Village I, it offers suite-style rooms with semi-private bathrooms, floor lounges, study rooms, and direct connection to the Presidential Village dining and amenity infrastructure. Presidential Village II is particularly popular for returning students who want a modern, community-focused residential experience within walking distance of academic and athletic facilities. The two towers together form one of the largest residential communities on the UA campus.
