About Adohi Hall

Completed in 2019, Adohi Hall is the first large-scale mass timber residence hall in the United States, earning LEED Silver certification. Named from the Cherokee word for "woods" in honor of the Cherokee Nation who passed through the site during the Trail of Tears, the two five-story buildings house 708 residents in a mix of pod and semi-suite configurations surrounded by a forested landscape. Primarily home to sophomore students.
