Air-conditioned, modern construction with the distinctive bright-colored exterior panels Palevsky is known for. Strong house culture around weekly movie nights and the annual Palevsky-wide "Palevsk-Olympics." UChicago students are assigned to a house for their entire 4-year undergraduate career; house affiliation persists in the alumni network.
