Honors Village is UF's newest residential complex, opened Fall 2024 at a cost of $160M+. Five buildings on the East side of campus (four residence halls + a Learning Commons) span 415,000+ square feet and house 1,407 honors students in a mix of single and double-occupancy rooms organized into 20- and 40-bed communities, each with dedicated laundry, lounge, and kitchen. Home to the Honors Residential College Living-Learning Community.
