About Bayou Oaks

Bayou Oaks is a newer apartment-style residential community at the University of Houston, named for the scenic Brays Bayou that runs near the southern edge of campus. Bayou Oaks offers modern apartment units with private kitchens, full living and dining areas, and semi-private bathroom configurations. The community is designed for upperclassmen seeking a contemporary apartment living experience without leaving campus. One of UH's more comfortable and well-appointed residential options.
