Adams Tower is one of the four 22-story high-rise residence halls that define the skyline of the Southwest Residential Area at UMass Amherst. Named for President John Adams — a Massachusetts native — the tower offers corridor-style accommodations with communal bathrooms and panoramic views of the surrounding Pioneer Valley. Adams Tower is directly linked to the Southwest dining complex via enclosed walkways and houses approximately 550 students.
