Harborside Hall is a suite-style residence hall at UMass Boston offering semi-private bathrooms shared within each suite. Designed for sophomore and junior students, it provides a step up in independence from the first-year corridor halls. The building features in-building laundry, elevator access, full ADA compliance, and is designated LGBTQ+ friendly with gender-inclusive bathrooms. Suite layouts support both academic collaboration and social community building in an environment overlooking Boston Harbor.
