River Hawk Village is UMass Lowell's premier apartment community on East Campus, converted to residential use in 2017, housing approximately 669 students in loft-style and high-end units ranging from 2-person studios to deluxe townhouses (multilevel). Each fully furnished unit features in-unit laundry and a full kitchen. The highest price-tier option in UMass Lowell housing, designed for upperclass students seeking the full apartment-living experience on campus. No communal dining required.
